  kernel config

Status in Ubuntu on IBM z Systems:
  Fix Committed
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
The current CONFIG_PCI_NR_FUNCTIONS setting (64) is not sufficient
anymore for network adapters that support SRIOV and up to 130 PCI
  functions.

Therefore we need to increase the CONFIG_PCI_NR_FUNCTIONS value to 512,
within the kernel config for Ubuntu 20.04
