Rebooted to 5.0.0 through grub and everything was back to normal. I've seen other forums (Ask Ubuntu, Linux Mint) that are reporting the same thing. I posted on the community forum and was asked to submit a bug report: https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/18-04-3-update-caused-problems-with- display-nvidia/20929/2 It seems to be an Ubuntu problem with the 390 driver. Graphics Card: Nvidia Quadro 600. I don't have problems with the new kernel on my other machines with AMD or Intel integrated graphics.
