Same issue as reported in the Bug, with some diffs: Laptop Asus x50sl with graphic card AMD rv620 / Mobility Radeon HD3450. [SAME] Distro: Linux Mint 19.3 MATE 64bit; base: Ubuntu 18.04 bionic.[UPDATE] This happen trying any distro. I tried Ubuntu 18.04.3, ElementaryOS. -- I'm also stuck with Kernel 4.15.0-76 (as beeing LTS) and 5.3.0-28 (limited to Aug.2020 support). -- Ask for backport of bug-fix to Kernel 4.15.0 or other LTS Kernel.

I'm stuck with Kernel 4.15.0-54 and 5.0.0-20 (and the contemporary 5.3 kernel). I cannot upgrade to newer kernels.
