[Fix] The fix is provided by upstream https://github.com/djdeath/linux/commit/896d4375e8e986e9f70173ac2d2463ecfa92fad8 [Test] Verified on Dell machine, can't reproduce this issue and not visible regression can be observed. [Regression Potential] Low, it pass fwts suspend test 30 times, and no any regression can be observed.
