Running somerville (somerville-bionic-amd64-iso-hybrid-20180608-47) on a Dell
Precision 5540 with Intel 9260 wifi.
Upgrading linux-firmware from 1.713.12 to 1.713.13 introduced a regression
where wifi stops working

Title:
linux-firmware updates breaks Intel 9260 on Bionic

Status in linux-firmware package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Bug 1852512 pulls new firmware blobs for 5.3 hwe kernel upgrade, and
iwlwifi-9260-th-b0-jf-b0-46.ucode is included. This new version
doesn't seem to be compatible with Bionic OEM kernels, and will fail
WiFi initialization leaving the system booted without wireless
  connection.

The previous version (1.173.12) has iwlwifi-9260-th-b0-jf-b0-43.ucode
  instead.
