Touchpad not working.

Bug description:
The laptop was working perfectly fine when I switched it off at night.
This was after an update I had received from Ubuntu on December 3,
2019.
When I switched it on in the morning, the touchpad wasn't working. Now
I am using a USB connected mouse, which is working perfectly fine for
now.
