Correction: Even with Fast Boot disabled, when using Restart from Windows 10, this behaviour is reproduced. When booting after a Power Off, it works. It seems to be an older bug that returned (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1784485).
