Title:
   Intel Ethernet module has no function on Comet Lake [8086:0d4f]

Bug description:
  The Ethernet is uesless via Lenovo Ethernet adapter, when I insert
  cable, the led on adapter light on, but no device show up in dmesg.

  Tried the 5.3.6 and 5.3.7 kernel, it couldn't work.
