Public bug reported: Since upgrading to Ubuntu 19.10, my Thinkpad T470s sometimes refuses to suspend. This *appears* to happen if I've previously suspended it since the last full reboot, though it's hard to be sure that this is always the case. When it fails to suspend, the following is logged to kern.log:
