Brian Murray / Chris J Arges, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, since this was reported, there has been considerable work done in drivers/misc/mei/* addressing a plethora of watchdog issues. Would you mind testing for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu via http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily- live/current/ and advise on if this issue is reproducible?
