In order to bisect, we need to identify the last good kernel and the first bad kernel. It sounds like this may have worked in the 3.8 kernel, since you believe this was introduced in 3.10. Per comment #4, it also appears this bug exists in the 3.9 final kernel. Can you test the v3.9-rc1 kernel to see if the bug was introduced there? It can be downloaded from:
