Public bug reported:

Problem: Computer is off. I start it. Boot gets stuck. Reboot is needed (some
either manually or reboots itself).
Reboot with the same kernel works and no further problem.

Kernel: Problem started with 4.15.0-48, all versions since that. Never
happend before that version.

During first boot computer just stops booting (sound: hard disk goes off or
smth):
-Sometimes boot screen shows graphical error over boot messages
-or boot messages stop early
-or spades mixed with normal output and an error (see A) - " Fixing recursive
fault but reboot is needed!" is last line on the screen.

Logs from 'journalctl' command. Not every first boot gives a BUG/Oops in
the log.
