You have been subscribed to a public bug:

This test will fail on Bionic / Cosmic PowerPC:

[ RUN      ] TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked
seccomp_bpf.c:1837:TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked:Expected 45000 (45000) ==
syscall(207) (18446744073709551615)
TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked: Test failed at step #13
[     FAIL ] TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked

This test will pass on PowerPC with Disco kernel.

As this issue can be reproduced with the upsteam kernel tree, so it
looks like a kernel issue instead of a test case issue to me.
