It does work for memory hotplug case. Sure.
Let me follow-up on the CPU hotplug issue with a separate bug..

No regression in the fix packages but issues observed while trying to validate 
them.
Pursuing them in separate bugs. Bug 177452 (mirrored as LP bug 1828187)
and Bug 177451 (being screened internally.. will let you know the LP bug # once 
it
is mirrored) Sorry if that confused you..
