I have the same problem, with Fujitsu Lifebook E557, Ubuntu 18.10, kernel 4.18.0-17-generic.
After resume from suspend, touchpad doesn't work at all. Keyboard works somewhat, but some keys are randomly "repeeeeetedddd".
