Public bug reported: [Impact] A number of changes for the RDMA/hns driver landed upstream post-5.0, including a number of bug fixes, corrections for consistency w/ the hip08 SoC spec, as well as a couple new features and cleanup. I recommend we sync up the changes for disco so that we have an established base for future changes.
