I've solved it. Upgrading, with the Ukuu utility to kernel 4.20, the touchpad 
is recognized and working! GREAT!!!
I don't know how to close the bug.

Bug description:
  Since I have this laptop a Clevo GK5CN5Z the touchpad is not detected, but an 
 USB mouse yes.
  In Windows 10 is working.
  I've installed Ubuntu 18.10 that has linux kernel 4.18.0-13-generic.
