Public bug reported: after upgrading to 4.18.0-13, audio, multiple monitor, and some keyboards stopped working (dmesg/lsusb would always detect the keyboard, but only a subset of them could actually be used.
also tried installing many previous versions of the kernel from 4.15.0-20 to what i am on now, but none of them work either.
