I can't, I switched to a different OS that does not have that command,
but also fixed the bluetooth.

Bug description:
after upgrading to 13.04, bluetooth will no longer turn on. I can
right click on the bluetooth icon in the system tray, and then click
turn bluetooth on, but that does nothing.
