Fedora 29 really do not show any errors? On 28 there was two lines in dmesg "ioapic[4] not in ivrs table" which present on screenshot attachment for this bugreport. And third line was like "switching irq routing to physical flat" - sorry, i'm not remember exactly... I did not find anything useful about this "physical flat" irq mapping mode.
