Title:
Dell Bluetooth 355 does not 'wake' after suspend

Status in “bluez” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: bluez

Sometimes after waking the laptop (dell vostro 1400) from suspend, the
bluetooth is not visible on the top panel.
The bluetooth led is ON, but the hciconfig reports:

  hci0: Type: USB
BD Address: 00:00:00:00:00:00 ACL MTU: 0:0 SCO MTU: 0:0
        DOWN
        RX bytes:0 acl:0 sco:0 events:0 errors:0
        TX bytes:0 acl:0 sco:0 commands:0 errors:0

  lsusb displays this:
Bus 003 Device 023: ID 413c:8126 Dell Computer Corp. Wireless 355 Bluetooth

I have to turn off then on the bluetooth via the wireless switch in order to
be started again.
I had no problems with the 8.10 ,

my system is Ubuntu 9.04, bluez: 4.39-0ubuntu1.
