S/PDIF is on, like in the case of Felipe, but headphones never worked. Played around with hdajackretask and hdajacksensetest, found the output on pin 0x1b, jack insertion and removal is detected properly. Unfortunately no audio output can be routed to the re-configured pin, the only "sound" was/is a static bang consisting of a single peak whenever it is switched on/off, and some static noise like a badly isolated sound card from the 2000's picking up noises from a HDD cable running close by.
