Bug description:
  The "debian.azure*/etc/getabis" files for all the azure kernel are
  missing some critical information. All the kernels are missing the
  following repo_list entry:

  http://ppa.launchpad.net/canonical-kernel-team/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/l
  /linux-signed-azure

  While xenial/linux-azure and trusty/linux-azure are also missing
  "linux-modules" in package_prefixes.
