Public bug reported: Intel released the 6.01 Firmware for the Intel XL710 network cards. As stated in the feature support matrix [1] in the table 9 on page 18, the minimum kernel driver version for the 6.01 Firmware i40e must be 2.1.26, the recent driver version is 2.4.10 [2]
