Hi, what is exact the reason for upgrading libocxl again? Anything critical?
I ask because it was just updated to 1.0.0:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-power-systems/+bug/1771813
and the feature freeze and Debian import freeze for cosmic was already on
August 23rd:

  The URL for libocxl is:
  https://github.com/opencapi/libocxl

Version 1.1 was tagged recently (tag "1.1.0").

Is it still time to upgrade the recently introduced libocxl in 18.10
  to that latest version? Thanks
