The bisect reported the following commit as the first bad commit:
bc631943faba ("arm64: dts: rockchip: limit rk3328-rock64 gmac speed to
100MBit for now")
It's strange that this is an arm64 commit. I'll investigate a bit and
see why the bisect came back with this result.
