Bug description:
This is a continuation of https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1018561
The Intel 82574L Gigabit NIC, and probably others, drop RX packets.
There are multiple reports, even though it's a hard one to pin down.
This is most noticeable in ssh sessions. The errors show up as
"dropped" RX packets.
