Ubuntu 12.04 LTS ReleaseeD-Link DWA-131 USB Wifi causes system crash

Bug description:
The system crashes when I plug in the above wifi. Also when it tries to
restart it hangs when shutting down.
Are there any log files I can add, this i easily repeatable. The same USB
card worked perfectly in 11.10.
