The module failed to install.
I had to kill -9 dkms to bypass the issue.
After that, I can use apt again and the kernel loads correctly.
I'm not so sure about the module.

dkms hangs forever.
I have a evdi module installed which is causing the problem.
This happened with multiple upgrades of the kernel.
