Paolo.Dirienzo, give you have different hardware, and root cause issue (the reader stopped working, while this report is about it never worked in the past), it will help immensely if you use the computer the problem is reproducible with, and provide necessary debugging logs by filing a new report with Ubuntu via a terminal: ubuntu-bug linux
