Ron, did this problem not occur in a release prior to Raring? As well, in mainline testing, please ensure you are not testing the daily folder (nightly as you called it), but the one at the bottom of the list, as outlined in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1226172/comments/18 .
