[Test Case] Not all of these changes have a reliable reproducer - some are corner cases hit during error recovery, etc. However, we can regression test w/ e.g. iozone3 on the two Ubuntu-supported platforms that use this device, as well as remove/reload the module, which is a trigger for some of these issues. [Fix] All fixes here are upstream cherry-picks - see the individual commits for details. [Regression Risk] All fixes are localized to the hisi_sas drivers, which are drivers for the controllers in the hip06/hip07 SoCs, where we have directly tested these updates.
