Status in bluez package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Randomly after resuming from sleep, restarting, logging in or opening the screen on a laptop, bluetooth gets disabled. This is a major problem for bluetooth peripheral users as it can cause the system to be unusable without having to use a non-bluetooth peripheral just to re-enable bluetooth. This is completely unrelated to bluetooth discovery, of which is normally disabled in this use-case.
