iphone tethering stops working quickly after connection

Bug description:
Repro steps for my computer:
1.) I use internet via iPhone USB tethering for a while, say 10 mins or less.
2.) I notice there is no internet connection anymore.
3.) I see these errors at syslog.
*Re-plugging USB to same USB port changes nothing but the other ports are
working for tethering.
*Using different port works for a while, than same things happening. I can
connect to internet until all USB ports disconnects the iPhone.
*Restart solving the issue.
*I have been encountering with this issue since a month or so.
*I have iPhone 8 with iOS 11.2.2
