It seems to be fixed since 12.04.
Also reboot=pci is not needed anymore on 12.04.

Bug description:
When rebooting the system the hangs. On the reboot screen with those
points changing colour, the first three one change the colour and then
nothing happens. Only way out of this I have found is pressing the
power button for a while.
