Ubuntu (artful) with 4.13.0-38-generic does not boot (black screen)

Bug description:
I updated Ubuntu artful yesterday to kernel 4.13.0-38-generic and
restarting only this morning, it won't start. I had a black screen. I
can start ubuntu with kernel 4.13.0-37-generic so I think it may be a
kernel problem. I didn't see any errors messages.. Maybe someone faced
the same thing..
