While the mic worked fine in Ubuntu 10.10, it doesn't work at all in 11.10.
I once got it to work, but all I got were some extremely distorted sounds.
And one time every audio program crashed when I wanted to access the microphone
(it said something about memblock allocation in pulseaudio or something)
