Bug description:
  Without bcm2835_wdt loaded, Raspberry Pi systems cannot reboot or shut
  down. This needs to be removed from the automatic blacklist generated
  by the kernel build that ends up in
  /lib/modprobe.d/blacklist_linux_$(uname -r).conf
