  Hi, there is a patch to remove the WARNING message but it's harmless
  according to the patch author:

  4058ba173eb411422482125e14e7bb12b70c8b38

   blk-mq: turn WARN_ON in __blk_mq_run_hw_queue into printk

   We know this WARN_ON is harmless and in reality it may be trigged,
   so convert it to printk() and dump_stack() to avoid to confusing 
   people.

  I'll prepare a backport to Canonical but I lowering this importance to
  medium, since it's not a problem.
