Title:
  package bcmwl-kernel-source 5.60.48.36 bdcom-0ubuntu3 failed to
  install/upgrade: bcmwl kernel module failed to build

Status in bcmwl package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have an Acer 5820T laptop and am trying to get internet connections
  working both Wifi and Ethernet.

  I have set up the computer as dual boot Lucid 10.04 and Windows 7. I
  should note that I had to send back the laptop to Acer THREE (3) times
  to replace the hard drive. On the 3rd replacement, Acer updated BIOS
  to 1.18. I have been following the fixes on the various forums.

  The only way I could get the ethernet to work was to install the
  2.6.35-7 kernel. So, I now have ethernet working (Atheros AR8151
  AtherosPCI-E) I tried other fixes suggested but this is the only one
  that would work.

  Next I tried to update the Broadcom 802.1 Drivers using
  Administration-Hardware Drivers. But I get the error that it is not
  compatible with the 2.6.35 Kernel hence the bug report.
