Bug #1760095 (mine) reports it for two 17.10 systems (Intel graphics only) both on 4.13.0-37-generic. An 18.04beta system 4.15.0-13-generic with the "same" microcode version is OK.

Booting with either linux-image-4.13.0-36-generic or intel-microcode 3.20180108.0+really20170707ubuntu17.10.1 allows all these computers to boot.
