Title: Desktop system won't run with latest kernel 4.13 36/40 Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: My Intel-based desktop system was working fine with Ubuntu 16.04.3 and Linux 4.13 32/35 up to 12 Feb 18. Since then it has been unable to complete a boot-up, and will only run in recovery-mode. I have found similar symptoms as were previously raised in bug 1568211.
