to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

  Kernel Panic-Not Syncing

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I have downloaded Ubantu 13.04 and I am trying to boot it in my Asus E
  Notebook with a bootable pendrive.When I change the boot priority to
  the removable disk,An error message shows up saying Kernel Panic-Not
  Syncing.What should I do?
