  LAN cannot be connected after wakeup

Bug description:
  My HP Elitebook 2540p laptop worked fine but in the recent times
  sometimes my laptop cannot connect via ethernet after suspend &
  wakeup. LED lights are on, there is link. At the same time wifi works.
  After reboot it works. I setup network manually from shell by ifconfig
  and from Networkmanager as well, but didn't help. I removed and
  inserted e1000e and didn't help.
