---Steps to Reproduce---
1. installed linux-crashdump and install debug kernel
2. edited the kdump-tools.cfg crashkernel cmdline to above
3. update-grub
4. reboot once
5. make sure kdump is enabled
6. echo 1 > /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq
7. echo "c" > /proc/sysrq-triggeer

Expected:
To print copy of dump only once in console.
