I had the same issue, and used the sfi file from the windows version. The main issue is that your card is revision 4 and the linux-firmware only has the firmware for revision 5.
You only need to decompress the file and copy the two files into /lib/firmware/intel and perform an hard reboot. And bluetooth should start working right away.
