Bug description:
SRU Justification
Impact: Intel has patches in flight which will enable support for 9260
wireless devices in 4.13. Without the firmware these devices will not
work.
Fix: Add the needed firmware.
Regression Potential: Minimal. These are new files which will only be
used with specific hardware/kernel combinations which do not work at
all without the firmware.
