Bug description:
SRU Justification
Impact: New and updated firmware is needed to support the move to a
4.13 based hwe-edge kernel in xenial.
Fix: Cherry pick and backport relevant upstream commits, based
primarily on the fwinfo files from the artful kernel abi.
Regression Potential: In most cases these add completely new firmware
files which will not be used by older kernels in xenial. In a few
cases bug fix updates for existing firmware were also included, but
these are not expected to introduce regressions. In all cases the
firmware files have been in use in artful for well over a month.

kernel in the xenial linux-hwe-edge package.
