OK, this looks like that a new ZFS in being installed against the old kernel and this causes the initial old zfs dkms build to fail against the older kernel headers, and then when the new headers of the new kernel with the new zfs are installed this gets rectified. So as long as ZFS is OK at the end of this, I believe this is nothing to get too concerned about.
