Only if I go to suspend mode and resume the Wifi is unblocked. Laptop model is Dell XPS 15 (9530) with Intel 7260 AC Wifi card. I'm using Ubuntu 15.04, same problem with 14.04 LTS and 14.10. BIOS installed: A08 (also had this problem with A06 and A07). Wifi is working in Windows 8.1 without problems.
